Oh my goodness, what’s not to love about this celebration. When I arrived at the gorgeous Rickety Bridge in Franschoek, my heart bounced 10 million somersaults per minute. I am not kidding. Besides the beyond gorgeous setting, the decor by the creative girls from De Liefde was TOO DIE for. And that was even before I saw just how incredibly radiant Natalie looked. She was glowing, from inside out. She was about to marry her best friend of 8 years, Kelly.
When I’ve met Nat & Kelly for the 1st time chatting about the look, feel and ideas of their day, I had a gut feeling telling me this is gonna be something else – one of a kind. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine just how fabulous it really was gonna be. They’ve really pour their hearts and soul into every aspect of the day to make it unforgettable. I love how I could see both their personalities and beings truly reflected. From the intimate, personalised ceremony, free spirited decor, the energy of the rose quartz scattered everywhere (I adore rose quartz), the amazing group of family and friends present travelling as far as Australia and the best party under the stars EVER. It was perfect. The universe also gave them the most perfect weather. The infamous Franschoek breeze was not in sight – just warm night air filled with joy and laughter.
I was having such a hard time selecting images I wanted to post that tell their love story, I just had to split it into 2 parts. There’s just no other way. You have to come visit again for part 2. You won’t regret.
Thank you Natalie & Kelly for choosing me to document your love story. I am honored. I loved every minute. You guys rocked and that party!
